The Qur'an contains religious values ​​for the advancement of man to happiness. The claim is that Quranic teachings are the basis of religious values; By choosing it better, the method of proving religious beliefs can be extracted. This research tries to extract the method of proving religious beliefs with a business approach and by using artistic forms with a descriptive and analytical method and with a better selection of Quranic teachings. Based on the verses, the process was defined as the introduction to the institutionalization of religious values ​​in the businessman 1- Gaining self-knowledge (knowing the talents, capacities, existential dimensions and position of man in the universe); 2- Gaining monotheistic insight (knowing the origin and your relationship with the Creator); 3- Reciprocity is (knowing the destination and drawing the path of happiness in the universe). After the realization of these three stages, the beliefs must be proven through rational and scientific reasoning and penetrate, in this case, the acceptance of good qualities in the businessman will be facilitated.

Knowing the approaches of the commentators (the scholars who interpret the Holy Book of Quran) of Quranic researching provides the basis for understanding, analyzing and criticizing their views and opinions, because tafsīr (Arabic: تفسیر, exegesis) texts are influenced by the commentator’s worldview and mental ideas, as well as a reflection of the cultural and social requirements of his era. One of the issues that has recently become a subject in the field of understanding and interpreting the Holy Book of Quran is the effect of gender element in the understanding of religious texts. Therefore, this research, using descriptive-analytical method in a comparative context, has investigated the tendency, Fundamentals and exegetical methods of “Āmina Wadud” (Arabic: آمنة ودود) and “ʿĀʾisha Bint al-Shāṭi” (عائشة بِنت الشاطئ) two of the Quran researchers. The obtained results indicate that the interpretative tendency of Āmina Wadud is social, transsexual and justice-oriented. She has used the hermeneutic method and philosophical analysis in explaining the discourses of the Qur'an in this regard. The tendency of the fundamentals and methods in the Quranic understanding of Āmina Wadud in her social commentary leads her to Islamic rulings in the field of women in order to present a new and modern reading of them. But Bint al-Shāṭi’s exegesis tendency is theological literary in line with the Quran’s verbal inimitability (Arabic: الإِعجاز البیانیّ, Romanized: al-Iʾjāz) of the Holy Book of Quran. She is trying to put emphasis and style (the methods used in written language) on the verbal inimitability of the Holy Book of Quran by a linguistic point of view in line with the method of verbal exegesis.

One of the main issues in human resource management is employees' discipline that concentrates on controling and preventing the employees from misconducting. There are three approaches of discipline including traditional, progressive and positive. In traditional approach, when any unaccepted behavior happens, the managers react immediately and punish the non-obedient worker, but in progressive approach, the managers do a progressive and step-wise action. In positive approach, not every kind of punishment is accepted, the workers should have time to correct their unaccepted behavior. In this paper, we tried to show the social science propositions of these three approaches as ideal types of employees' discipline and suggest new type of discipline according to Quranic instructions. Strategy of this research is qualitative, and we used analytical approach to reconcept the discipline in a typological framework through management, social science thinkers and Quran text. Finally, four approaches were suggested to employees' discipline through ontological dichotomy. At the end of this paper, we explained the transcendental employee discipline as Quranic approach to discipline.

The role of lingual acts such as saying and listening – as one of the areas of human’ s acting-in other practical orientations and actions is one of the new issues that can be raised and spread in Ethics and Educational Sciences. This issue, which can propose in functional Semantics also, has not been studied by a Qur’ an approach yet. The results of thematic research and inner-texted analysis in Holy Quran, endorse the “ making behavior of language". We can show some Quranic titles that endorse the making behavior of language. " The correlation and proportion of acts and sayings"; "The contrast of functions pertaining to contrasting sayings"; "Priority of reading on action"; "Forbidding one saying for preventing one act; "causal analysis of acts by sayings"; "Changing behavior for the sake of changing the reading "; "lingual training in order to practical training and at last, "speech stabilization to stabilizing the act".

Social capital is one of the concepts used in the social sciences to describe solidarity and trust in society. The existence of social capital facilitates many social connections. In this article, an attempt is made to discuss the relationship between social capital and altruism. The main question of the article is "How can social capital help strengthen altruism in society? " This article first divides altruism into "cognitive" and "behavioral" levels. Then, an attempt is made to present an Islamic model of social capital that is cognitively related to altruism. The religious model of social capital that increases altruism in society is: "The pervasiveness of social trust based on faith in God, by the norm of passing over what you love and need, in the Brotherhood network. " This social capital can spread altruism in society and pave the way for altruism behaviors in society. The research method in this paper is conceptual analysis.

The Quran can be analyzed and understood through diverse perspectives, each shaped by distinct intellectual concerns and objectives. This diversity has led to the development of various trends in Quranic exegesis, including the civilizational approach. However, a significant challenge in this field is the lack of precise definitions, theoretical foundations, and systematic methodologies for such approaches. Many exegetes unconsciously embed their personal concerns into their interpretations without explicitly identifying their exegetical framework or adhering to established principles, often resulting in innovative yet unsystematic readings of Quranic verses. This study aims to formalize the civilizational approach by first defining "civilization" and then introducing its principles and methodological foundations. Civilization, as conceptualized here, is a structured, macro-level process that facilitates human development and the flourishing of potentialities through the growth of social relations. In parallel, the civilizational approach to Quranic exegesis offers a comprehensive, systemic, process-oriented, and human-centered framework for engaging with the Quran. By emphasizing key principles—such as the intrinsic relationship between the Quran and civilization and the Quran’s dual dimensions as both a textual guide and an active force—this approach seeks to transform the Quran from a theoretical reference into a dynamic agent that informs practical life and daily interactions.

The term “azm” conveys determining concept in different areas of Islamic culture including beliefs, morals, commandments and political thoughts.This term is seen in nine verses of the Holy Quran and it seems that its morphophonemic study and lexical analysis causes more precision in the Quranic conceptions. In exegesis and vocabulary books, there is obvious dispersion in explaining this term, which is, to some extent, due to getting away from the descent time language and to some extent is due to the multiplicity of the roots themselves in its history. The main question in the present research is that what roots the term “azm” has in different uses in the Arabic language. What are main meanings and meaning extensions of each of these roots? and to what extent are these meanings followed up in Quranic uses.The method applied in this research is the morphophonemics in its usual practice in historical linguistics. Data from vocabulary and exegesis books are interpreted and located in accordance with morphophonemic patterns.When the meaning relation doesn’t have enough clarity, in order to make it more clear– beyond genealogy relationships between words – meaning construction typology is also used and another example based on that construction pattern is presented by the use of another vocabulary item or in another language. In this article at first, all the possibilities in morphophonemics and then the possibility of the extension of that historical roots to the Arabic language of The Holy Quran is investigated. The present study shows that all the Quranic uses of the word “azm” are put under the meaning “being or making firm” and the meanings close to it which have roots in the term “zm” in Afro Asia and Sam and other roots have not been practically used in theQuran. The meanings “intent” and “decide” that are used in some exegesis and translations are not approved by morphophonemic evidence and it doesn’t seem that the term “azm” conveys this range of meaning in the Arabic language of the Quran.

Today, man has to be concerned about the nature and man's environment, although deceptive technology tries to decorate the suffocating ugliness which the culture of modernization has brought to replace virgin nature's harmony, beauty, and quiescence. The present paper tries to study this issue by making a comparison between the Quranic perspective and the view adopted by some of the scholars of modern sciences. Unrestrained technology, population surplus, consuming goods surplus and capitalist system have brought to man this crisis, the solution of which requires controlling this situation. According to the Quranic perspective, this problem is an outcome of the new worldview and changes in man's attitude towards himself and towards nature; an attitude which is rooted in the foundations of modern science and modernistic thought, and which has led man to be separated from the heavenly and spiritual view on nature and the aggressive and selfish use of nature.

Every educational paradigm is influenced by the culture of the society in which it operates. This essay underlines the extensive connection between culture and education. As a result, the goal of this essay is to depict these features from a Philosophical-Psychological approach.
